SunIce Festival is now completely cashless! All payments are processed quickly, securely, and conveniently via the chip on your festival wristband.

How Does It Work?
Upon check-in, you receive your wristband, which serves as both your access pass and digital wallet.

• If you top up your ticket with credit in advance, the amount is automatically linked to your wristband.
• Pre-top-up is optional, as is registering on the Event Portal – but both will save you time on-site.

• Top-up in advance or on-site: Load credit online now or at the festival with your card.
• Fast & Transparent: Track all transactions online at any time.
• No Risk: Unused credit can be refunded after the event.

How to Top Up Your Credit

1. Go to sunicewinter.eventportal.io
2. Click on “Link your ticket”
3. Create an account or log in
4. Set a wallet name (e.g., for yourself or friends)
5. Add your ticket – use the barcode on your SeeTickets (remember the “$” sign!) or GET Accreditation ticket
6. Manage your wallet: check all transactions, current balance, and payout details
7. Open the shop and select your top-up amount or products
8. Complete checkout and save time at the festival!
